By accessing and using the GatherGuard API services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
GatherGuard API provides trust and safety infrastructure for faith-based applications, including moderation tools and trust scoring. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that GatherGuard assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account.
- You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by GatherGuard.
4. Modifications to Service
GatherGuard reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GatherGuard shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT GATHERGUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
